ROME SPEEDWAY-FRIDAY NIGHT August 18-ROME BOSS weekend Open Practice for All Divisions along with round one of time trials for the SCDRA drivers.

The Historic Rome Boss is Set for August 18 and 19 at Rome Speedway

 

Rome Speedway, in Rome, Georgia is set to play host to it’s 48th Annual Rome Boss on August 18 and 19. A pair of $5000 to win events will co-headline the Rome Boss at the Floyd County track known as “the world’s fastest half mile”.

 

The Rome Boss weekend schedule features The Ultimate Southeast Series sanctioning a $5000 to win / 40-lap Super Late Model event on Saturday. While the SCDRA will sanction a $5000 win / 40-lap Compact / FWD 2-day event on Friday and Saturday. Also on the Saturday lineup are the Limited Late Models racing for $2500 to win. The 602 Late Models and Econo Bombers will also each race for $1000 to win on Saturday. Friday will serve as open practice for all divisions along with round one of time trials for the SCDRA drivers.
